In 2015, he had a record breaking year in which he sold more than $82 million worth of homes. In 2010, his sales included the highest publicly priced MLS listing of all of Los Angeles County. The listing closed at $23.5 million on Dec. 15, 2010. Chad was also honored by the Los Angeles City Council on behalf of the city of Los Angeles for his countless hours of time and effort in order to better his community.
