Elaine is a real estate broker and an attorney at law. She has been involved in over 450 real estate transactions over the last 16 years. Elaine is in the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally. In connection with providing excellent service to her clients, Elaine has earned certifications in marketing, negotiation and in working with seniors. Coldwell Banker has certified her as a Previews Property Specialist. She teaches a residential real estate course in the Stanford Continuing Studies Program. Elaine earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and was admitted to practice law in California and Federal District courts. She practiced law in San Mateo County for 16 years, specializing in family law, probate, and estate planning, and has been an adjunct instructor at Santa Clara University Law School.
