GRANT KEELER, BROKER ASSOCIATEA native to the Bay Area, Grant brings an expertise in the listing and selling of residential, investment, and commercial real estate. His background encompasses over 45 years of experience in the industry.After graduating from San Carlos High School, he joined the United State Air Force in 1968. After serving 4 years as a material facilities specialist he began his career in real estate in 1972 as an agent for Pen Pac Realty where he later became the manager.With several years of real estate experience behind him he opened, owned, and operated the first RE/MAX Real Estate offices in Redwood City, San Carlos, and Belmont. Later relocating to the Sacramento area, he opened his own property management company, Guild-West Investors, Inc., located in Placer County.At the end of 1983 Grant moved back to the bay area and began work as a portfolio manager at Vesteq Financial Corporation, where he was responsible for managing, marketing, and budget preparations of apartment properties in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.Grant then became a Broker/Associate with Cornish & Carey Realtors, Galli Realty Company, RE/MAX Today, Grant J. Keeler Broker, and Today Sotheby’s International Realty, all located in San Carlos. His achievements, at these companies, included the successful negotiations of residential, investment, and commercial real estate contracts.Grant is a member of the San Mateo County Association of Realtors and has received several awards for his performance and accomplishments as a broker and manager.Grant’s vast range of knowledge in the real estate industry and his professionalism would be an asset to any prospective seller or buyer of real property on the Peninsula.
