I grew up in Longview, the heart of the piney woods of East Texas. I've been working in real estate for nineteen years. Five years in new home sales in the Katy and Cypress areas with Perry and Highland Homes and the last fourteen years as an agent. While I am open to all areas of the greater Houston market, I am most familiar with Southwest Ft. Bend county areas. I work as both a listing agent and a buyer's agent and usually run about 50/50 with both. This allows me to give my sellers a better perspective on what buyers in the market are looking for and what current trends we are experiencing. It allows me to do the same with my buyer clients, providing insight in seller expectation in a given area and what is happening with pricing, days on market, etc. To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in good communication, gathering data to assist my clients in making decisions throughout the process and focusing on the community. Networking with professionals on a regular basis, gives me the opportunity to meet others in the area, stay up to date on local activities and understand the current trends each neighborhood and area is experiencing. I believe it is important to focus long term with my clients and not just on a single transaction. This is how I have built my business working primarily by referrals. That's why I participate in the HAR client experience rating program and focus more on customer service. Utilizing technology to keep my clients updated regularly, offering electronic signature services and simply answering my phone when you call! My goal is to do a great job for you so you will recommend me to all your family and friends. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family. My wife teaches art at George Ranch high school. My son is a recent graduate from George Ranch and my daughter is completing her junior year at George Ranch High. I am a HUGH BBQ & bourbon lover and love smoking meats. I also do some competition cooking and the occasional pop up at a local brewery when time allows. BBQ housewarming parties are one of my favorite things to do!
