During their partnership from 1997 to 2003, they personally closed over $300,000,000 in transactions with sales ranging from $300,000 to $22,000,000. He currently works independently through Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty.Todd believes that clear and consistent communication is the key to a successful real estate transaction.
