Isa, born in PR, joined the US Army in 2005. During her 7 years of service as a Medical Laboratory Tech, all served in Central Texas, she completed courses for a degree in Biology, became a licensed and nationally registered MLT, and formed a beautiful family. After her ETS, she served as a civilian in the same field. Soon after, she decided to pursue her entrepreneurial passion alongside her partner and husband James Banks II. Together, and with God, they have embedded themselves in the Central Texas community, providing services to local small businesses in the areas of web design, marketing, promotions, and advertising. Because of her love for people and service, she has added Real Estate as one of her accolades.After 4 years in the industry, she is immersed in all things real estate, dedicating all of her talents and knowledge to her clients and the betterment of the industry. In 2019 she was inducted as a board member for the nationally recognized Women's Council of Realtor® Central Texas. She will also be an instructor at The Real Estate Business School of Salado, while pursuing her broker's license education.
