Jeff has had a lifelong involvement in the Real Estate industry, having grown up in the self-storage business. He gained some property management experience while managing one of his family-owned facilities. At the age of 22, he fixed up an unappealing home, lived in it for a while, and then flipped it for profit. He had an inclination to obtain his Real Estate license at that time, but his mentors discouraged him, stating that he would not be taken seriously due to his age. However, in 2009, he finally got the opportunity to pursue his dream.Jeff has worked in land development and project management, as well as managed the mortgage and finance division for a builder/developer. As a licensed Real Estate agent, he applies all of his acquired skills to help his clients. Jeff finds immense satisfaction in assisting people in purchasing a home or selling their current home. While it is often a happy occasion, sometimes it involves getting someone out of a difficult situation. Jeff is motivated not only by financial gain but also by the rewarding feeling of making a positive impact in his clients' lives.
