Janie Tompke's story might be similar to yours because like you, she is living and working in the Real Estate Industry, and she loves what she does. We might be on different chapters in our book, but we all have coffee in the morning and work hard for what we have.Since 2015, Janie has had the exceptionally good fortune to sell real estate in her area. Her focus is to make buying and selling stress-free. The most important part of her work is her client, so they can have a successful ending, whether buying their first home or selling and relocating.Janie is a mom of seven kids, four biological, and three stepchildren. She was left widowed with four children over 18 years ago. She purchased her first home on her own, married her second husband, and gained three more kids, and thus another part of her journey continued. It was not until our first five children moved out, that her husband and I decided to buy our first home together. It was near that time; she had started working as a transaction coordinator. She quickly got her license and was able to start her career with our first home. Since then, she has been blessed with many buyers and sellers allowing her to assist them through the process.She just started working on the Managing Broker course. She hopes to encourage more agents to step out and gain the confidence needed to work with buyers and sellers as they learn about the ins and outs of real estate. As we know, each transaction is unique. She has found that, in every transaction, there are challenges, joys, and pitfalls. In each of those, she loves to get to the end of the transaction and hand the keys over to smiling faces. For her, it is not about the Commission check, she receives. It is about relationships. Many of her clients are now her friends. She loves that part of her job.
