During his tenure at both firms Jay and his business partner were their offices’ #1 producing brokers by sales volume for over ten consecutive years. While at Ewing & Clark, Jay was appointed to the Board of Regents of LuxuryRealEstate.com and while at Coldwell Banker, achieved the company’s highest sales designation of International President’s Premier. Jay holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Washington. He is a third-generation real estate broker, fourth-generation native of the Pacific Northwest, and was born and raised on Seattle’s Eastside.
