I grew up in Lake Forest Park and have lived and worked in North King County and South Snohomish County all of my life. This area has so much to offer which is why my wife and I decided that this was the ideal place to raise our four children.Being native to Seattle gives me a unique and powerful insight into the local real estate market. All four of my children attended St. Mark School and Archbishop Murphy High School and went on to attend and graduate from the University of Washington and Gonzaga University. I have served the community by volunteering and being an active member of my parish for 50 years, coaching youth sports, volunteering with service organizations, and serving on local boards which has given me the opportunity to build relationships in the greater Seattle area. Although my coaching days are over, I am still involved with youth sports by officiating high school football in the fall.I have been investing in real estate for over twenty years and thoroughly enjoy helping my clients buy and sell their family home or income property.
