All a homeowner needs to do is create an account (always 100% free), then input a few details about the property they're thinking of selling.
From there, we discretely alert the best agents in your neighborhood. They will submit proposals to you (via our platform) that detail how they would list and sell your home.
You can negotiate terms (e.g. listing price, agent compensation, timeline), meet agents in person (if you wish), and learn about each agent's listing strategy to help you get the most value for your property.
