As a B.S. in Business from Pepperdine University, Jordan initially pursued a career as a public accounting at KPMG LLP, where he audited Fortune 500 Companies and developed a unique acumen of problem solving skills and a powerful work ethic, ultimately attaining his CPA license. Realizing that his true passion was helping people and working with individuals and families to achieve their dreams and goals, Jordan obtained his real estate license in 2007 and joined Keller Williams Realty. Jordan went on to become a NAR certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), an Accredit Buyer's Representative (ABR), and an Associate Broker. Jordan focuses on understanding the big picture and implementing unique strategies to give buyers and sellers a competitive advantage in a dynamic market. In 2012 Jordan successfully closed nearly 40 transactions and in 2013, is on track to sell approximately $20M in residential real estate. Currently, Jordan lives in Aliso Viejo with his wife Kayleigh, 5 year old son, Theo, and 2 year old daughter, Emma. A few fun facts about Jordan: he lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina for 1 year, studying economics and Spanish, he has traveled to 18 countries (so far), and he has jumped out of a plane (and plans to do it again).
