During his first year in real estate, nearly all of his work was referral-based, leading him to become a top producer. These qualities served to set him apart from other agents in the Tampa Bay Area and would aid him later on as both a Co-founder and Partner of a prominent brokerage.In 2016, Jeff joined his partners Matthew Brookens and Nick Parrinello as one of the three Co-founders of the Agile Group. Their team would become one of the top-ranked Real Estate Teams in the Nation by RealTrends and The Wall Street Journal, and its success would lead them to become an independent brokerage known as Agile Group Realty.Jeff believes that purchasing a home is one of the most important personal and financial decisions that anyone can make, which is why he prioritizes forming lasting interpersonal relationships based on trust and communication.
