Judy and B.G. Pierce are the owner Team Leaders of the Cedar Creek Lake Realty Team and the Land Lakes Rivers Group of Keller Williams Realty. Judy began her career in Real Estate graduating from the University of North Texas (Go Mean Green) in 1983 and received her Broker’s license in 1986. She is a retired MAI commercial real estate appraiser, owned an independent real estate firm prior to joining Keller Williams Realty in 2010. B.G spent 20 years in Sales involving agriculture, machine tools, and semiconductor equipment. After 2003, he joined Judy in her real estate business. He holds the Rural Land Institute’s Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. They have called Cedar Creek Lake home for 30 years. They have called Dripping Springs their second home for the same amount of time until recently when they purchased acreage in Albert, smack dab in the middle of the Texas Hill Country Wine Trail. Judy is a Dallas girl and spent most of her summers outdoors swimming at the pool, or at the beach. B.G. is from Turkey (Texas) and has a true love for land since he grew up farming and raising cattle in the Texas Panhandle. Judy and BG both enjoy giving back to the community through the chamber of commerce and other civic organizations. In their spare time they like to travel, hangout with the Chevy SSR car nuts, fishing, hunting, pistol and rifle target shooting.
