It seems like I have worked at one career or another all my life helping people, so it stands to reason that I would finally end up helping people buy and sell real estate. I spent over 30 years in the finance industry doing everything from credit services to loan collections and management. That experience has been tremendous for helping my clients with their mortgage concerns and understanding the whole process. I then joined my family owned business, Pro-Tech Carpet Cleaning, as the Marketing and Office Manager. That experience helped me understand how to market the properties I list so they will sell faster and bring the best possible price in the market. I have also been able to enlist my managerial skills in negotiating and guiding my clients in decisions about buying and selling. I love being in the real estate business and I love helping people realize their dreams. I pride myself on being able to figure out very quickly what my client’s needs are and zeroing in on the solutions. That is why, I have been named Coldwell Banker's “Eagle of the Year” multiple times, for my outstanding performance. In the course of my real estate career I have found that I am making many new friends and building long term relationships. I have lived in the area for over 45 years and when I am not knee deep in my real estate transactions, I enjoy spending time with friends and family or just at home with my three Miniature Long Haired Dachshunds; Bryton, Tucker and Miley.
